our roots
While Uplifteam is a new company it's actually the culmination of thousands of successful events spanning more than 25 years. Over that time, we've created and organized events in several sports including tennis, golf, basketball, softball, skiing, cycling, sailing and motor racing. We've also organized unbelievable adventures to some of the world's greatest sporting events including Wimbledon, The Masters, The Olympic Games, The Super Bowl, US Open Tennis, Tour de France, US Open Golf and dozens of others. And, we've represented and worked with professional athletes from many sports - creating opportunities for our clients to meet, play and compete with legends.
Along the way, we learned a few things about creating events and we learned even more about the people who attend them. We figured out that no matter the type of events - all of the best ones have common themes of organization, participation and fun. Yes, fun.
We figured out that people want to participate - not spectate. Our clients work hard and they like to play hard. We discovered if we could create an event environment where people were encouraged to participate - in a smart, fun and energizing manner - it would be a big win and an excellent shared experience for everyone.
We learned that since these events might happen only once a year, or even once in a lifetime we had to make sure that our events were spectacularly organized and managed with care. We were on to something. We were on to the business of bringing people together. And we continue to be with Uplifteam.
